Birth Class Express (online) SERIES OF CLASSES

Our online birth classes have all of the components of a traditional class for hospital birth, with a strong added focus on movement, breath and mindfulness - yep, we can teach all of that online! Our online classes still include group work, small group conversations in breakout rooms, and plenty of community building - all from the comfort and safety of your home.

All participants of our birth classes can attend an optional free tour of UVMMC Labor & Delivery and the Postpartum Units. Please note, registration for your tour is separate from birth class registration. We believe that understanding how to connect to our body, breath and mind in labor, as well as understanding the birth process and potential medical interventions, sets laboring couples up with the tools needed to make informed decisions when necessary and to open to the mystery of birth with confidence.
