We love Saturday Pop Up Yoga! All are welcome - pregnant, postpartum and parents!
Location: Blanchard Beach at Oakledge Park. After parking in the lower lot at Oakledge, head toward the water and follow the bike path north a short distance. You'll find us on the grass!
Important details:
- Please pre-register for class and complete the Covid health questionnaire before leaving your house for class.
- Per state guidelines, masks are optional with proper distancing for outdoor classes.
- Please bring all props with you. We will not provide props.
- Bring a towel to put under your yoga mat.
