OUTDOOR Tween/Teen Yoga 6 Week Series, Ages 10-15 SERIES OF CLASSES

Calling local tweens/teens to join Becky in Smalley Park, Burlington for this 6 week series!

Get ready to find inner peace and outer strength as we explore energizing flowing sequences, de-stressing restorative poses and community-building in a safe, contactless class. Students will receive a yoga mat as a part of enrollment.  Mats will be spaced 6+ feet apart, and masks must be worn for all times. Health screens for participants including temperature checks must be completed at home before each class. We will email the link for the weekly health screens. For inclement weather, class will be held on Zoom.
