Do you have a child who identifies as a girl and is looking for a safe and fun way to be in community with their peers? Join Becky in Smalley Park, Burlington for our 6 week series of YoGirls!

YoGirls is a fun, upbeat class full of movement, games and mindfulness activities designed to help girls ages 5-9 develop their self-confidence, emotional stability and positive body image. 

Students will receive a yoga mat as a part of enrollment.  COVID-19 precautions will be taken including spacing mats 6+ feet apart and masks must be worn for all times. Health screens for participants including temperature checks must be completed at home before each class. For inclement weather, class will be on Zoom.
