OUTDOOR Nature Yogis, Ages 2-5 SERIES OF CLASSES

Calling all Nature Yogis ages 2-5! This upbeat 6 week series for kids and their caregivers will take place in Smalley Park in Burlington. For inclement weather, class will be on Zoom. But be warned - we will "weather" the cold or rainy weather in order to be together in person, so we will only be online for a downpour.

We'll greet the sun outdoors in this safe, distanced class full of movement, creativity and song. We'll use our surroundings as the catalyst for our nature theme. Be ready to crawl like bugs, fly like birds, and blow like wind as your child explores yoga poses and mindful breathing. Students will receive a yoga mat, scarf and egg shaker as a part of enrollment and should bring these props with them each week.

Staff and parents will be required to wear masks during class. We ask parents to bring masks for their children and we encourage children to wear a mask during class; however, parents can use their discretion about whether or not the child is capable of wearing a mask.  Covid-19 health screens for participants including temperature checks must be completed at home before each class (we will send you the link for the weekly check.)
